Grinding Concrete

  • 1. Floor Grind

    Preparation includes concrete floor diamond grinding. Dust is minimized by having all grinders hooked up to vacuum systems.



  • 2. Repair Concrete

    Menders and fillers are used during concrete repairs, to fix pits and cracks before the process begins. in this step, say goodbye to damage!


  • 3. Base Coat

    100% solids, self-priming basecoat is mixed and applied.



  • 4. Broadcast Polymer Flake

    Immediately after the basecoat application, the flake is generously broadcast by hand, providing both color and texture to the floor.



  • 5. Scrape Floor

    Once the basecoat is fully cured the floor is scraped and vacuumed to remove any loose or vertical standing flake.



  • 6. Top Coat

    The final step is to roll out the UV-stable clear coat for a professional finish.
